We have had experience with putting together teams for companies which have been traditionally active in our market, as well as for those which have newly entered the market here. We are not specialists in a specific field and we always adapt the composition of the teams working on given orders to the specific situations so that they have all the necessary know-how.

We provide the search, assessment and introduction of each suitable candidate at a defined place. We assess the candidates from the point of view of the personal, specialist and motivational prerequisites for the successful performance of the function and for ensuring that the candidate remains in the company. In order to address the greatest possible base of suitable candidates, we always undertake new research for every position, we analyse our own database, we work with references and, if the client agrees, we also use media support.

In order to objectively assess the personality prerequisites, we use psycho-diagnostic tests, case studies and comparisons with the profiles of successful employees in the given field. All of this enables us to provide a six to twelve month guarantee on any candidates whom we supply.

Naturally, our services also include the securing of all administrative, promotional, diagnostic and negotiation work associated with a given order.
