Outplacement

For several years, outplacement has been part of our service portfolio. We help to solve such situations where a client has to part with a long-term or otherwise important staff member through reorganisation, a change in the company structure or a reduction in the number of staff.

We have experience both with care for individuals who received the outplacement programme as an expression of loyalty from their company for their important contribution, and with restructuring programmes related to corporate consolidations, suppressing programmes and even the closing of entire production plants.
