The advertisements included on our website are kept as up-to-date as possible. Naturally, there are cases where we never advertise a given position according to an agreement with our client. • Is Dittmann Consulting a company which specialises in a specific field?

Dittmann Consulting se does not specialise in a specific field as a company, but each of our consultants does concentrate more closely on a specific field. When working on individual projects, we also try to make use of our external co-operators who are oriented towards individual branches.

• How should I resolve the situation where I receive the same offer of work from several agencies (something which has actually happened)?

If the relationship between the client and the personnel agency is not exclusive, it is possible that the situation may occur where several agencies offer candidates the same position. A person who is intensively looking for work sends a CV in response to all suitable advertisements. Later, he or she may discover during the personal interview with the personnel agency that he or she has already been offered the same job by another personnel agency. Some people may see this as a waste of time, while others may feel that they are sure to get the job if they are recommended by several agencies. The truth is that the client discusses the candidate with only one agency and the second agency may consider the actions of the applicant to be incorrect and unreliable. If you think that a job offer is identical to that which you have received from elsewhere, please inform us or ask us. You will save your time and that of the employer and the agency.

• Does Dittmann Consulting enable cooperation with abroad?

Dittmann Consulting does not offer the mediation of work abroad. Nevertheless, it has the opportunity to participate in specific international projects via the Horton International network.
